They are thick and protective and yet you can breathe freely and transpire without feeling suffocated. They also come with ear adjusters which is great for each occasion. I have bought many for the whole family and will still buy more! I highly recommend them specially if you like sports or to exercise, or just if you have a busy schedule.

I absolutely love It!!! I bought two for myself for when I go running with my pup and I bought 3 for my cousin who is a rugby's coach, and I'm about to buy 2 more for my uncle who is also a runner! I really like them because you can feel the thick layers of protection while still being able to breathe and transpire and it brings the ear adjusters. I highly recommend them specially if you exercise or are constantly on a busy schedule.

I would suggest this for the average maIe. I would also recommend washing before wearing as there is a faint odor when you first get them. I am ordering a few more this week.
